Revenues of the local government units are earned from their local and external sources. These local sources are the tax and non-tax revenues which the LGU collects including real property and business taxes, franchise tax and taxes from quarried resources. Non-tax revenues refer to permits, licenses, and other service fees charged.
RPT is a property tax that is paid yearly imposed on all types of real properties including lands, buildings, improvements, and machinery.
