LIMAY, Bataan – In simple ceremonies, the Lamao Bahay Pagbabago was formally opened this morning, May 3.Father Percival Medina led the invocation and blessing of the newly renovated Bahay Pagbabago in Barangay Lamao, this town. The ceremony was attended by PNP cadets and reformists from Limay. It is also attended by Bataan PPO Provincial Director PS Supt. Benjamin H. Silo Jr., OIC of Bahay Pagababago P Supt. Ricardo B. Santiago Jr. and Guests from Orica Philippines and Guest of Honor Mr. Keiran J. Balkin, East Asia Business Development Manager of Orica Philippines Inc. The ribbon cutting ceremony was led by Mr. Keiran J. Balkin and PS Supt. Benjamin H. Silo Jr.
Orica Philippines played a major part in renovating the said Bahay Pagbabago such as epairs of comfort and shower rooms in both floors, repairs fixtures like windows and doors, new roofing and ceiling was installed, as well as the repainting of the whole building. They also donated plywoods for the beds of the reformists.
A short message was given by the Guest of Honor and Speaker Mr. Keiran J. Balkin on how Orica extends a helping hand in making Bataan more progressive in line with the Mission and Vision of the Provincial Government of Bataan. A ceremonial tree planting was made after the simple ceremonies where the reformists planted seedlings together with Mr. Keiran Balkin and PS Supt. Benjamin Silo Jr.
