BALANGA CITY, Bataan – In consonance to its commitment to protect the environment vis-a-vis development, the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB), represented by Vice Governor Cristina Garcia signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cocopower Energy Corporation, Inc. represented by British Banker, David Wood on the proposed construction of a $500M waste-to-energy power plant in the province under Public Private Partnership (PPP) yesterday (April 23) afternoon at the Emiliana Hall, Brgy.
