BALANGA CITY, Bataan – In his response after taking his oath this morning at the Grand Ballroom of Lou-Is Restaurant, this city, re-electionist Congressman Joet S. Garcia of the province’s 2nd congressional district rallied both newly elected and re-electionists to thoroughly study and comply to the provisions of the ease of doing business law, which specifically aims to reduce processing time and lessen the queue in all government agencies especially in local government units.
The hardworking congressman also underscored the free college education law that will be of great help among students to acquire a college degree.
Towards the end of his short message, Cong. Joet talked about the universal healthcare law that aims to provide health benefits to all, employed or unemployed.
