DINALUPIHAN, Bataan– A-48 year old councilwoman from the upland village of Saguing, this town, has applauded the entrepreneurial proficiency of Mayor Maria Angela S. Garcia for magnificently leading in transforming the agricultural town into a commercial area in northern Bataan.
Councilwoman Luzviminda Esquivel, who is engaged in the buy and sell business, has duly recognized the inherent managerial know-how of the lady town executive, now seeking her third and last term in office, of exerting all possible options of creating a business-friendly scenario to improve the socio-economic services and quality of life of the residents.
Ms. Esquivel has predicted the favorable outcome of the local comprehensive development plan would further enhance the quality of life of the residents with the inflow of investments coming from of small and medium capitalists in the provinces of Zambales and Pampanga.
Dinalupihan town, a gateway to the sprawling seaport of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) in Olongapo City, huge airport of Clark ecozone and theFreeport Area of Bataan (FAB) located in the industrial town of Mariveles town are considered big leap factors toward the strategic economic prosperity of the historic peninsula.
Ms. Esquivel has stressed that a number of local and Metro Manila-based businessmen are surveying viable sites for the establishment of coffee shops, groceries, school supplies stores, refreshment and beauty parlors, and other services.
She added the great economic generosity prevalent in Dinalupihan town today can be attributed to Mayor Garcia’s experiences as vice president of a foreign-owned marketing firm based in Japan before she joined politics.
