BALANGA CITY, Bataan – GENPACT, a global leader in digitally-powered business process management and services, formally started its full operations today in this component city tagged as their first provincial branch and further strengthening its footprint in Asia.
Arnab Ray, Genpact Vice President for operations, Danilo Reyes, Genpact country manager, former Senate President and Villar Group Chairman Manuel Villar Jr. and Bataan local officials led by Governor Albert Raymond Garcia graced the occasion.
The company officials said this will help Genpact deliver more holistic solutions to clients based on its Lean DigitalSM approach that leverages the power of digital technologies through middle and back office operations.
For ten consecutive years Genpact Philippines has delivered exceptional IT and business process outsourcing management services to its global clients in the banking, insurance, health care, retail, consumer products, and pharmaceutical industries.
Genpact started its operations in Alabang, Muntinlupa City back in 2006; and eventually expanded its footprint with the addition of another site in Quezon City. “The company embarks on another exciting journey as it opens its first service delivery center outside Metro Manila.
Balanga City cradles the next age of professionals ready to generate impact in the contact center industry,” Dan Reyes said. Genpact Bataan will initially operate with 300 seats servicing global clients.
“Napakalaking tulong dahil bagong industriya ito na pumasok sa ating lalawigan. This BPO is a new industry that we are trying to attract because it gives us attractive opportunities. We are targeting our college and university graduates here. Pagka graduate nila as long as they are qualified, meron kaagad silang trabaho,” the governor told newsmen.
