SAMAL, Bataan – An active member of the Lupong Tagapamayapa, under the Katarungang Pambarangay (Barangay Justice System) of Lalawigan, this town, has praised the excellent performance of Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia in the implementation of countless worthy projects to stimulate growth in the countryside.
Maura Lazarte, 70, a prominent member of Kabalikat, has credited the good governance and socio-economic strategic plans of Governor Garcia to continuously improve the quality of life of the residents.
She stressed Governor Garcia’s development agendas are patterned after the successful execution of the comprehensive scheme of the late Governor and 2nd District Representative Enrique T. Garcia, Jr. whose legacy as a public servant is cherished and also regarded as the architect of Bataan’s economic prosperity.
Lazarte, whose husband Mario is reportedly managing the family’s one hectare farm in Barangay Mabatang, Abucay town, cited the involvement of Garcia’s in the improvement of infrastructure facilities, energy, agriculture, business process outsourcing industry, establishment of ecozones to create jobs and other engines of growth.
According to Lazarte, the Barangay officials of Lalawigan headed by Chairman Isagani Villapana, have extolled the economic policy of the late Governor Enrique “Tet” Garcia, Jr. which serves as the inspiration of his children to do the best they can for the benefit of the residents of the historic peninsula
