ABUCAY, Bataan – Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Bataan Chapter with eight participating municipalities gathered as one during its annual general assembly spearheaded by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) at Pan Resort, yesterday.
“It really changed my perspective in life, being the PYAP President, and now as an outgoing president I hope we’ll still support the activities of the newly elected officers,” said Provincial PYAP President 2017 Lord Bryan T. Manabat in his accomplishment report. The current Provincial PYAP President is from the municipality of Bagac, Danilo Corcuera Jr. who committed to go beyond what the previous officers have started.
PSWDO Head Marilyn Tigas said that the Bataeño youth are the future leaders of this province hence the full support of the PSWDO with the support of the Provincial Government of Bataan in giving all the trainings, workshops, and seminars that could enhance their skills.
Aside from the oath taking of the newly elected officers and their accomplishment report, PYAP got talent and zumba dance were likewise held. “It also proves that they are not just our future leaders but leaders who are full of talents,” said one of the masters of the ceremony who’s in awe with the performances.
