BALANGA CITY, Bataan – A construction foreman of a building and housing firm here has described the establishment of shopping malls and commercial office leasing property developers as a big leap toward progressive friendly business community.
Michael Diwa, of Barangay Upper Tuyo, this City, foresees the encouraging economic influence of the projected construction boom to the fast growing investment hub in Bataan peninsula with the opening this year of three supermarkets and commercial outlets in the this city.
The entry of Bataan Vista Mall, the largest shopping complex in the province and the launching of socialized housing and high-end subdivisions of former Senate President Manny Villar in the locality has set off the commercial development facilities in the periphery of Bataan Special Economic and Industrial Zones.
He noticed the mushrooming construction outlets signify the rich demand for building materials on the infrastructure and manufacturing industry, housing facilities and other highly-required projects.
More real estate developers are scouting the upland sectors of the province particularly along the Roman Expressway as probable locations for commercial spaces, eateries, hotels and other service-oriented structures.
