BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Entrepchamp, Paulo Tibig, in his first speaking
engagement for 2019 in time for the opening of the Trade Fair one of the highlights of the 3-day celebration of the 262nd Founding Anniversary of the province of Bataan, inspired the audience with his “the Need to Innovate to stay Relevant” advise.
In his message, Tibig emphasized that with the brand new year, everybody needs to be motivated not only on business but more so in our personal lives.
He likewise reiterated the need to be relevant, meaning we must be aware of the things around us and to catch up with the pace and challenges of the time, despite disruption and evolution, we need to think out of the box.
Tibig added that growth is inevitable, trajectory wise, no one can avoid or prevent growth, that we must be positive on the things happening around us
and go with the progress, that is to use and maximize all the opportunities around us, to grow by leaps and bounds.
The principle that he always shares in his talks all over the Philippines, is the adage, “be the orange among apples” which simply means, uniqueness, how can we be different from others to standout.
Tibig challenged the audience by asking, “will you just be an spectator or
a player?” Spectators according to him are those people who just sit and watch the game while players are those who take the risks, focus and play the game to win. At the end of the day, Tibig said it is still us who will decide whether to achieve success in life or just sit and watch the game of life.
Lastly Paulo shared another adage that is,”Let your sun shine on others too”, which simply means sharing the blessings, that it is not necessary that one must be in the position to help and share, “na ang bawat isa ay may kaukulang
magagawa at may pwedeng magawa” irrespective of what position we are in, in life.
