BALANGA CITY, Bataan – VISTA Land and Lifescapes Inc. recently reported they already reached its target of P1 billion in leasing income after the acquisition of Starmalls Inc., an operator of community shopping malls mostly located in the outskirts of Metro Manila

Last month, after surpassing its 11th store milestone at Vista Place in Quezon City, AllHome opens its 12th branch in Balanga City reigning over the landscapes in Barangay Cupang Proper along the Roman Highway, the province’s major artery to its fast growing Freeport and economic zones.

AllHome management says it is a wish-come-true in more ways than the usual. It has upgraded the home depot shopping experience several notches with a more expansive and varied range of items and services under one spacious and comfortable roof.

Vista Land has an established presence in about 95 cities and municipalities across 36 provinces, and intends to focus on the development of its integrated urban development combining lifestyle retail, prime office space, university town, health care, themed residential developments and leisure components.

Meanwhile, Starmall Prima Bataan will soon open also in this city and one of its major locators is a multinational business process outsourcing firm, Genpact Ltd. and will soon open its third site in the country this year after it signed a memorandum of agreement with the city and provincial governments.

Genpact will be the first business process management and technology services provider in the province. It will operate at the third level of Starmall Prima Bataan. Dan Reyes, Genpact country manager, said they will start operating in June 2016 with 300 seats for around 500 people.

“Our positive outlook for the year is due to the expansion of our commercial assets in addition to our core housing business on the back of a sound Philippine macroeconomic fundamentals and hopefully, with the new government’s push to accelerate infrastructure development,” Vista Land Chairman and former Senate President Manuel Villar Jr. said in a news statement.

Vista Land’s Camella Homes has its two locations in Balanga City and one Orani town. The latest branch, Camella Balanga is a master planned community development located in Barangay Cupang Proper here.
